2. How We Collect Information

2.1 We collect personal information directly from you when you submit a contact form, communicate with us by email or phone, engage our services, or otherwise provide information voluntarily. We may also collect information automatically through analytics tools and cookies when you browse our website.

4.2 Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, necessary to deliver services with trusted providers, or authorised by the client. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any information shared with us is handled in a way that respects client privacy and business interests.

5. Access to Client Accounts and Login Credentials

5.1 In order to deliver services, we may be granted access to client owned accounts and systems including website platforms, hosting environments, marketing tools, analytics services, or other digital platforms.

5.3 We take reasonable care when working within client systems, however the security and management of third-party platforms remains the responsibility of the platform provider and the client. We cannot guarantee the security or ongoing integrity of external systems that are not under our direct control.

5.4 If we become aware of or reasonably suspect a security issue involving client accounts that we access or manage, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable so that appropriate action can be taken.

5.5 Northmark Creative does not accept responsibility for loss or damage arising from issues relating to third party platforms, client managed accounts, or external service providers, except where such responsibility cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

5.6 Where appropriate, access to client systems will be removed or returned to the client upon completion of a project or upon request.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Digital Tools

6.1 Northmark Creative may use digital tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) assisted systems, to support internal operations. These tools may be used for tasks such as research, idea exploration, proofreading, workflow organisation, and improving efficiency in day-to-day processes.

6.2 AI tools are not used to produce final creative deliverables provided to clients. All creative work, design decisions, written content, and strategic outputs are developed and reviewed by a human designer.
